The Renewed Hope Advocates (RHA) has finalised plans for its Renewed Hope IMPACT-Tour Initiative with a three-day working visit to Kogi State, in a move aimed at tracking, assessing and projecting government reforms to the public.
The group said the initiative is a structured strategic communication platform designed to monitor, evaluate and publicise reforms, while ensuring that government policies remain aligned with public expectations and strengthen confidence in the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
According to the organisation, the Kogi State edition of the programme, tagged IMPACTKogiTour, will focus on key sectors such as youth development, education and skills empowerment, which it noted are central to broader national development priorities.
RHA said the tour would also spotlight the administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, with particular emphasis on its interventions in youth empowerment, human capital development and institutional reforms across public sector agencies.
The advocacy group explained that the objective of the initiative is to deepen public confidence in governance through greater transparency, improved policy awareness and stronger communication between state and federal authorities.
It added that the tour is expected to promote positive reform narratives and encourage citizen participation in governance.
Activities lined up for the Kogi tour include a courtesy visit to Governor Ododo, strategic engagements with ministries, departments and agencies, and interactive sessions with students, vocational trainees and youth leaders.
The programme will also feature on-the-spot inspections of youth empowerment centres and educational institutions, as well as the establishment of the Kogi State Chapter of the Renewed Hope Reforms Communication Command Centre.
The group further said media engagements and coordinated publications would form part of the exercise to amplify reform-driven narratives across the country.
RHA reaffirmed its commitment to supporting governance reforms through effective communication, stakeholder engagement and public accountability mechanisms.
The statement was signed by Hon. Yinka Dallas, National Convener of the Renewed Hope Advocates and Focal Person of the National Renewed Hope IMPACT-Tour Initiative Team.
