Dr. Salaam is a consummate professional and one of Nigeria’s finest exports in global finance and business strategy. A Chartered Accountant of international repute, he holds a PhD in Finance, an MBA in Financial Services from London, and a BSc. in Accounting from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
With over 24 years of cross-sectoral experience, his career has traversed leading global financial and consulting institutions. He held senior roles in three of the Big Four consulting firms—PwC, EY, and KPMG, where he rose to the position of Senior Manager before resigning in 2012. His experience also includes a tenure at Zenith Bank Plc, where he served as an Assistant Manager before venturing into global consultancy and entrepreneurship.
Today, he is the Founder and Managing Partner of several international and Nigerian businesses spanning finance, real estate, consulting, digital banking, and trade, including: KASALAAM Groups Nig. Ltd; Skeptron Properties Inc (UK); Finaffairs Consulting Ltd (UK); Finxtal Consulting Ltd (Nigeria); TheSmart Accounting Solutions Ltd (UK); AL-ABAJA Properties Ltd (UK); and OpenMove Ltd.
