Ganiyu of the Oyo State High Court, Saki Judicial Division, ruled in favor of High Chief Adegoke Ghazaal, solidifying his position as the legitimate holder of the title.
Dissatisfied with the verdict, Prince Jimoh Olabode Niyaas filed an appeal to overturn the decision. However, the Court of Appeal has now upheld the ruling, reaffirming High Chief Adegoke Ghazaal’s position as the rightful Bagii of Saki.
